Worked with E&Y, Nairobi, Kenya for the preparation of the Feasibility Study and Business Plan for funding from Banks and Institutional Investors for an Industrial Infrastructure Project. The estimated cost of the project was U$ 125 Mln and the Feasibility Study was to “achieve the planned objective, the company proposes to leverage through a financial institution facility of USD$ 51,925,000 which shall be utilized to defray the project development costs, and applicable consultancy charges.

- Jones Lang LaSalle - Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) - Executing the functions in Strategic direction and management by prompt and qualitative delivery of a complete financial services & support by adhering to the rules in the contract.
- Addressing daily regional, financial and accounting operations emphasizing on the client's reporting requirements at a local and regional level.
- Responsible for preparing IFM & client budget for Asia Pacific and Japan, dealing with monthly variance reporting and quarterly evaluation & adjusting forecasted budget

- Handled amalgamation, de-merger, conversion from public to private limited companies, capital reduction, change of name, Winding up. Attended the hearings before the Various Regional Directors of the Company Law Board.
